What if the default IP address doesn't work?
If you cannot reach the login page using the standard IPs, your router might be using a non-standard subnet. You can quickly discover your exact gateway IP by using our What's My IP tool, or by running ipconfig (Windows) or netstat -nr (Mac) in your terminal.
How do I reset my router to factory defaults?
If you've forgotten your custom admin password, you will need to factory reset the device. Look for a small recessed button on the back of the router labeled "Reset". Use a paperclip to press and hold this button for 10-15 seconds while the router is powered on. Once it reboots, the credentials will be restored to the factory defaults listed on this site.
