AVM router login
We have no confirmed default login for AVM routers yet. The label on the underside of the router shows the address, username and password for your unit.

AVM notes
FRITZ!Box routers ship with no fixed default password. Recent models print a unique device password on the underside label; older models let you set the password on first setup. There is no admin/admin to try.
Login on a FRITZ!Box is usually password-only, no username field. If fritz.box does not resolve, use 192.168.178.1 while connected to the FRITZ!Box's own Wi-Fi.
How to login
- Connect to your AVM Wi-Fi network or plug in a cable.
- Type http://192.168.178.1 or fritz.box into the address bar, not the search box.
- Enter the username and password. The label under your router shows the exact ones for your unit.
- To change Wi-Fi settings go to WLAN → Sicherheit (or Wi-Fi → Wireless Security in the English UI).
